Every architectural decision — from nodal account payments to column-level encryption — is made to protect users first, not to maximise revenue.
Regulatory compliance
We are not a bank, wallet, NBFC, or payment aggregator. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., which operates under RBI Payment Aggregator guidelines. GuardPe is a transaction intermediary only.
Neutral arbitration
Our dispute team has no stake in the outcome. We review evidence and resolve fairly — both seller and buyer protection matter equally.
Data minimisation
We collect only what's needed. No Aadhaar storage. No raw account numbers. No trackers. Your data isn't our product.
