How Secure Payments Work
GuardPe is an intermediary platform that facilitates secure transactions between buyers and sellers. When a buyer pays, the payment is processed by our regulated payment partner (Zoho Payments). Sellers deliver work and receive payment after buyer approval. If there's a problem, either party can raise a dispute.
GuardPe (Quroot Innovations Pvt Ltd) is an intermediary platform. We do not hold funds. Payments are processed by Zoho Payments, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator. We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and may restrict accounts in compliance with applicable laws.

How much does GuardPe cost?↓
GuardPe charges a small fee based on deal size: 5% for deals under ₹10,000 (minimum ₹99), 3% for ₹10,000–₹50,000, and 2% for above ₹50,000. All fees include 18% GST.
What if the seller doesn't deliver?↓
You can raise a dispute within 7 days. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and issues a fair resolution — either a full refund, partial refund, or release to the seller.
How fast do sellers get paid?↓
Once the buyer approves delivery, payment settles to the seller's bank account within 1-3 days.
Is my bank information safe?↓
Yes. Bank account numbers are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. We never store card details, and all data is handled according to our privacy policy.
